it's too complicated to explain, but the go-to insult his enemies go to is to label him a sexual deviant, pedophile, rapist, etc.  which is a colossal lie, is libel by definition, and wouldn't be tolerated if directed at (nearly) any other member.

Didn't he frequent underage prostitutes in Thailand or is that misinformation?

I don't believe he ever stated that, and even if it were true, attraction to 16- and 17-year olds decidedly does not equal pedophilia, defined as sexual attraction to pre-pubescent children.
