I think Niagara County, NY, warrants a mention, not necessarily because of the outcome, but how stark it was. This went from being a consistently polarized county that refused to ever swing to an almost 20 point Trump victory.

2004: Kerry 49.29/Bush 48.78
2008: Obama 49.65/McCain 48.65
2012: Obama 49.4/Romney 48.84
2016: Trump 56.77/37.93
