With all due respect, Your Majesty, Russian blood was spilled after Japanese blood. And the same you blame Japan, can be said of you. I don't know, but who directed agents to lay bombs to a factory in a country at peace and with best intentions to yours? Japan certainly did not.
I hereby assure my friends and allies in Tokyo that this war can and will be fought together, and I therefore send a group of envoys to Tokyo, to discuss how to best advance against the Russian aggressors.

I urge France to keep up our Gentlemen's agreement, and remain in peace with us; as said in the Alsace-Lorraine treaty.

Germany sends troops to both our French and Russian border, I will also priorize the fortifying of the border. They shall keep peace however, and shall not attack unless they are attacked.

OOC: If Snowstalker and SJoyce are okay with it, I would like to continue the peace talks for one day or so; and then give my orders for turn 2. I want a bit of time to consider my strategy, if it's okay.

Very well, Cranberry, I will wait exactly 24 hours. In the meantime, I already calculated the results of operations between Russian and Japan, and while I'm bound not to reveal them yet, we will have quite a few surprises...

Thanks, you'll have my orders tomorrow Smiley

How do you like "The Great Russian War"? ("The War of Russian Aggression" in propoganda)
For us it certainly is, Kal Tongue

While Serbia and Montenegro refuse all offers from Austria-Hungary and Germany, Romania has decided to seek a way of the war. Negotiations and some minor efforts have resulted in the following treaty, which has to be signed by Franz Ferdinand, Kaiser Wilhelm III and Chancellor Bülow:

I'm sure this problem can be resolved without a need for a public discussion.

I think so as well, thanks for being the voice of reason here (and I think everywhere else in this game), Kal

But I sign that, the version Romania and I agreed before Lumine tried to stabb me.

I think I'll do that as well.

Germany will however help fortify the new Polish, Lithuanian and Baltic borders to the east, in the same manner the Alsatian border is fortified.

Indeed. The Ottoman Empire has learned on quite a few occasions that caution is required regarding Russia. We are not intending to take any advantage of the situation, as we wish to fully honor our peace treaty, so Russia doesn't have to fear anything from the south.

Russia's nice, we'll be nice Wink

Exactly, my friend and ally. Russia does also not have to fear anything from the west, yet safety when handling the Tsar is required.

You have also framed Germany's Russian policy.

OOC: The train has arrived in the Ottoman Empire. Soon, we can finaly meet in Constantinople Wink

I look forward to finally meeting you, Mr President, and to finally get to know your country, of which I am a great admirer.
I shall immediately send an order to Berlin, that they take next ship to New York!
