I did some tracking with the council, maybe you're interested:

(DemPGH is last vote counted):

TheCranberry: 6
Simfan: 4
Devin: 1 (4 second preference)
Flo: 1 (3 second preference)

If I'm counting right, Devin gets the third seat.
