Welcome, Kaiser Wilhelm!

We have all players again, next turn will start in the afternoon.

Thanks. I just have a little question - if it were possible, I would like to be another monarch. Like Wilhelm died with IBBD, and I'm now Friedrich IV, his son and heir? If not, Ill play as Wilhelm, but so I would be more free in my actions.

Sure, but remember that Wilhelm's heir was Crown Prince Wilhelm (20 years old as of Late 1902), and thus you will play as Kaiser Wilhelm III. I will acknowledge the change via a special event: the assassination of Wilhelm II in the hands of an anarchist (as he was almost killed in Bremen in OTL 1901).

Oh yes, I was kind of confused because his name was Friedrich Wilhelm... So Willhelm III, ok. Thanks.

I'd say you still can adopt a diffrent regal name than Wilhelm III, but I really hate the prolonging delay Tongue

I'm fine with Willhelm III, so don't worry Tongue

With Wilhelm after Wilhelm, we may even reach Wilhelm XVI at some point Wink

Depending on how diligent the assassins are Smiley

Hey Smiley So I'm on holiday from April 30th evening (European time) to May 4th. I might eventually be online for a short time, but I'll certainly won't have the time to play this game with you nerdsgreat guys.
Maybe you just play for about four days without Germany?

What?! How dare you to have a life?!

I hope it won't delay the game any longer (we're already all very eager to see what's next), so maybe a regency (either Lumine, Windjammer or someone else taking over during Wilhelm III's "ilness") would be sensible.

Given Lumine's understandable reluctance to take over a major power, I think we can indeed give Windjammer more work Wink

Ok. Yeah, Windjammer would be great, if he's willing to do it Tongue

So I'm back, but I'll have a stressful week next week... So could you play for me just until Friday, Windjammer? I'll be back by then, really, but my week will be really stressful, so I won't really be able to play with you guys.

Popping in to say that I will again be playing as Germany from next turn on. Windjammer will lead my armies though until a peace contract is made.

Just to let you know - I'm on holiday Friday to Sunday, and I don't know if there's Wi-fi available, so I'll most likely just come back online Sunday evening (early noon in America). Shouldn't be much a problem though, Windjammer is doing the war and I've done about everything I need for Germany regarding domestic policy.
Thanks for your attention Smiley

Oh yeah - I don't think we really need an election thread for this - just tell us whom they elected, that's enough.
The Polish legislative elections could prove to be interesting though.

I assume, given timetable, that by next turn the Kaiser's visit to Constantinopole will be over and summitt in Milwaukee begin?

At least according to my schedule, I wanted to make an event about the beginning of the summitt, xD

Please don't shot at me again when I'm abroad xD

Well, the current plan has a player getting shot, but I think I'll wait for turn ten for that one!

But the player will survive, or do you want to punish someone again? Tongue

Germany fully condemns any foreign power taking advantage of the situation

OOC: how ironic

ooc: ironic? germany's the only western power who isn't gangraping morocco iirc

I thank my dear friend Erzherzog Karl for his clarification and defense of my actions. I am really looking forward to working with the Erzherzog once the Erzherzog has taken the Austrian throne, and so are I belive my allies.

They used a naval skirmish between Russia and Japan to conquer a quarter of European Russia (well after we had made peace with the Japanese). Turkey, of course, is condemning us right after conquering half of Bulgaria.

Russia used a war between Britain and the Ottoman Empire to conquer a quarter of the Ottoman Empire. Sounds familiar?

So, I'll be on holiday from Tuesday, July the 1st until July the 8th or so. That time I won't be able to play...
Maybe one of my allies could take over Germany that time, Kal, Clarence or Sawx? I might be able to send orders for the next war turn, but certainly not for the following...

I think, due to it's being an European front, Sawx or Clarence would be in better position.

Yeah. Sawx, Clarence? Who of you wants to take over Germany for ten days?

Just to make it "official" now, Sawx and I have agreed that he takes over Germany during my LOA.
