Scott Walker, and its not close for me. Rand's foreign policy is dangerous.

Paul easily. Walker strikes me as a Chamber of Commerce type who would probably support all kinds of corporate welfare.

Scott Walker, and its not close for me. Rand's foreign policy is dangerous.
Which of his foreign policy positions do you disagree with?

Foreign Aid (though not all of it), his stance on NSA (not really foreign policy but kinda ties in, though I agree with him regarding collection of phone data), no support arming the Syrian opposition, his stance on the TSA, anti-drone stance, cutting defense spending (depends how much he wants to cut), anti-Patriot Act, his support of banning gays in the military. Not really true "Foreign Policy" but I wasn't really sure where to classify that stuff. His stance on ISIS was a good thing to hear, though it appears he's beginning to flip flop (or "evolve" as Dems would say about Hilary) on some aspects of his foreign policy as we get closer to the Primaries. I could live with Paul being the nominee though, his social issues are a bright spot (at least for the national party)  its good to see a more welcoming stance on Marijuana, and his economic beliefs are great. I disagree with a lot of stances on drugs, I remember him saying in 2010 that drug abuse is not a major issue.

If he's our nominee, make no mistake, I will be behind him enthusiastically. I think he'd be a great President, I just like Scott better.

I definitely prefer Rand, though I could get behind Walker in the general depending on how his campaign would go.

You realize that the Patriot Act enabled mass spying techniques by the NSA right?

Yes. I firmly believe it has prevented terror attacks and keeps us safe. I disagree with portions of the bill, of course. I don't think the government has the right to collect phone records though.

Between those two, I'm probably going for the Democrat.
