Ideally, I'd want Donna Edwards to replace Mikulski, but the idea of having Van Hollen in the Senate isn't repulsive.

Apparently, Mikulski was furious that Reid endorsed Van Hollen.

Hopefully Barb gives dingy Harry a good verbal thrashing for that.

She isn't going to win, but she may be able to get within 10 points and trick Democrats into spending some money here.

Democrats aren't going to be spending money in Maryland in a presidential year.

Is there a rating further than Safe D?
