Civil Rights Act of 2022

Senate Bill
to Respect the Civil Rights of those who menstruate Women

SECTION I. NAME.

This Act shall be called the Civil Rights Act of 2022.

SECTION II. Definitions

A. For the purposes of this section:

1. “Menstruating people women” shall refer to any person women who is presently menstruating.

SECTION III. Civil Rights

A. It shall be unlawful for any business or institution open to the general public to remove a menstruating person woman from the premises on the basis of their menstrual status.

B. A business or institution that violates Section III (A) of this act shall be liable up to $50,000 in civil damages.

SECTION IV: Effective Date

A. This law shall go into effect immediately on January 1, 2023.
