I'd like to thank former GM Enduro and current GM Clyde for setting up this debate. I think it's very important that we have these discussions on where we want our country to go, and that we have these discussions to help educate the voters of Atlasia. I'd also like my friends Senator Blair and Justice Yankee for being here today.

Ecce quam bonum et quam jucundum habitare fratres in unum.

Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity. (Psalm 133:1)

The above phrase is how I'd describe what I'd like to do as President. First, I'd like to focus on brethren. We have 147 registered voters, and we still have trouble getting people to run for office or do anything other than vote. I want that to change. In collaboration with the Party Chairs and other major members, I would like to conduct a recruitment drive that does not just take place on this forum, but to our other friends as well, both online and off. I know this can work. I was recruited to this forum by BrewerPaul and Jack Enderman. I helped recruit Reagan Revolutionary, who wrote one of the greatest timelines on this site, IMHO: Between Two Majorities.

Secondly, dwelling. Our game is not perfect, and we see people leave or become almost inactive. We need to think outside the box for how to engage people between elections. Enduro is running his own production company, and I think that's great as well as a great example of what we can do. World building can be a new way for us to allow people to participate but not in elected office. As to the role of the GM, I'm not convinced we need a reform of the system. Over my time, I've seen many great and active GMs: Clyde, Kal, and Sirnick come to mind.Let me make to you a promise, that I will not dismiss a GM except for inactivity or storylines that are extremely unrealistic. We saw how that almost destroyed the game. Other than that, I'd like to, again in concert with Party Chairs and other influential Atlasians, encourage more civic participation. More people serving in both regional and federal governments.

I look forward to sharing more of my platform with you, and I look forward to hearing what my two colleagues have to say as well.

Rpryor, what will you do to increase activity as president?

This is a really important issue, and maybe one of the most important ones. What'd I'd like to stress as I, along with other members recruit, is that you don't have to be a pollster, politician, or party fixer. Enduro Films, in my opinion, is not just a great idea, but I think showing us the way forward. What's next? A TV station? A publishing company? An airline? The ideas and possibilities are endless here.

I've always been a supporter of the position of Game Moderator, and both I and my VP candidate have been GM before, so we're certainly full of ideas in this. I think the main issue with the GM position is that since October 2014, when DemPGH dismissed sirnick for running a terror scenario that he deemed unrealistic and could not convince sirnick to sweep it under the rug. There has always been the thought of that happening to the GM in the back of their minds. I have said it before, and I'll say it again, as long as it's not aliens or something that far out, I'm quite cool with what they do. I want my GM, which I hope will be our current GM, Clyde, to have the freedom to do their job as fully as they want to.

It's that good old carrot. As President, I want to work with Regional Governments, but at the end of the day, I am not the Governor of a "Super-Region." I'm the President of Atlasia. My relationship will be a two-way street. I will work with active regional governments that want to work with me. And I'm more than willing to help out a region that wants to increase activity. That whole Pacific Manager thing? I'm more than willing to bring that back for any region. But we cannot have a region where neither the citizens or government are working. That's just not good for the health of the game.

Firstly, what do you seek to do in regards to foreign policy if you are elected? Would you seek to pass a Common Market Agreement between Atlasia and the United Kingdom, such as the one that is currently being discussed between the Secretary of State and the British Government?

My foreign policy is not so much as "isolationist," as some would be wont to call it, but militaristic isolationist. Our military does not need to be as large as it is. I want to work together with other nations both separately and in alliances, to influence the world stage, so we can create a world for everyone that is safe. On the subject of our Common Market Agreement, I would want to pass a referendum before signing it into law. On issues such as this that affect jobs and trade, so everyone, I want to have the public's opinion before I place our nation's name on it.

My preferred healthcare plan is as such: we keep ObamaCare but repeal the penalties. And then, we expand Medicare/Medicaid for those who are poor. I believe that we should help those who do need coverage, but if they just don't want to have coverage, then that's their own decision and we should not penalize them.

What we need to do is to downsize our government and our military, spending less on government and military and spending more to pay off our debts. We also need to reduce taxes on businesses and repeal unnecessary regulations to create an environment where it's easy to create and sustain small businesses.
