Well Wisconsin currently has a 2 billion deficit so he could be made to appear fiscally reckless to conservatives. Passing up on RTW and flip flopping on immigration are routes of attacks as well. And job growth will matter because he will be running against fellow Governors where Wisconsin ranks in job growth will certainly play.
