Yes it is. It's a flower and chamomile tea is (unsurprisingly) made from it.

Tea, by definition, must be made from the tea plant, Camellia sinensis.

Yes it is. It's a flower and chamomile tea is (unsurprisingly) made from it.

Tea, by definition, must be made from the tea plant, Camellia sinensis.

That's A definition but it's certainly not mandatory for tea to be made from those leaves.  It's important to note that definitions change depending on the type of tea one refers to.

Stop digging.
