How's Spitzer the best? I admit he was a talented politician and was probably a future president but he blew it with his scandal there and was forced to resign after having served less than 15 months in office. (Not judging, just genuinely curious)

I don't hold his prostitution "scandal" against him. He's a man. Men do stuff. There's no reason to be outraged.
