- Italian liqueurs, particularly Fernet, Campari, Aperol, and Cynar.
- Plymouth gin, but I also like Hendricks and Tanqueray
- Arak, preferably Kawar
- Chilled potato vodka, preferably Chopin, only with caviar
- Champagne, particularly blanc des blancs but also Moët or Veuve when I'm at a black club
- Cognac, basically only Hennessy XO which is a family tradition
- Any bourbon from the Buffalo Trace #2 mashbill, particularly Elmer T. Lee
- Lowland single-malts as an early evening/morning drink, particularly Glenkinchie
- Islay malts for long nights with a close friend or two, any Laphroaig will do but I like the cask strength
- Clynelish 14 as an everyday single malt
- Macallan 18 on special occasions
- Japanese whiskies, mostly Hibiki, Taketsuru, and Yamazaki

- Occasional wine with meals, preferably New World, but I do appreciate Old World, particularly Rhône wines
- Miller Lite when I have my cap on backwards, Yuengling or Guinness for everyday drinking

Yeah, I have problems.

And yes I'm snooty about what kinds I like since I drink bourbon and scotch, neat.  I drink Grey Goose martinis with olives, just a tinge dirty.
Ugh... real martinis are made with gin. 4 parts Plymouth, 1 part Dolin Dry, with a twist.

Pisco, it saddens me that the vast majority of the world hasn't tried the piscola (what a beauty).

Please try it
