The count is still ongoing, but with about 20% in Tshisekedi is on about 80% of the vote. I haven't found information on where, so it may be that the vote is just coming in from his strongholds, but given that when the count was on 4% the numbers were fairly similar, it seems doubtful.

Katumbi is second with about 16% and Fayulu is third with about 4%. The consensus was that Tshisekedi was likely to win comfortably this time, but this is way beyond comfortable and given that his accomplishments have been minimal I don't think these results look very credible. Haven't yet seen any international comment but I may have missed it.

There has been some civil disorder (https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-67826862) but I'm not sure it's out of the ordinary for a Congolese election.
My friend who works in Kinshasa wrote this - DRC election is today. Pretty chaotic, but Tshisekedi will be declared the winner. He might actually have won because the opposition was split between a Joseph Kabila era power broker (Moise Katumbi), an ex-Exxon exec with only a small base of support (Martin Fayulu), and a nobel prize winning doctor with a small base of support (Denis Mukwege).
