I'd like to thank the President for doing this; as he may know from across the pond in the UK question time can always prove interesting.

Does the President have any thoughts or plans  about how best to combat the spread of HIV/AIDs, something that can go hand in hand with the Drug epidemic mentioned by Representative Gothic?
