[PLA]I propose the following policy plank.

'The Labor Party hereby stands in solidarity with the Kurds who are fighting against Islamic State in Syria and Iraq. We hope that in the aftermath of the fighting an independent kurdish state can be set up, which will provide safety and security for all the Kurdish people in the Middle East who have been denied the fundamental right of statehood'

I feel that as the motion is being discussed in the senate, and hopefully soon in the Northeast Assembly it's vital that the party show their support

I refuse to recognize the name that these barbaric murders have chosen for themselves which (1) offends any person of Muslim faith, identity, or heritage, and (2) lends credence to these butchers' claims of statehood.

The rest of the amendments are of a purely literary nature and seeks to highlight our solidarity with the Kurds in combating Daesh with our support for statehood separately.

Fully support it. Clears up my bad wording!
