   Neither campaign senses defeat.   They just expect a sleepless night. And both campaigns are bracing for the possiblity one candidate will not concede the election by Wednesday morning.

     Two judges knocked down Republican hopes of challenging voters at the polls in Ohio.    That'll at least make Kerry's victory in Ohio come quickly.
