Ah yes... The day when a total failure was re-elected President because a bunch of upper-middle class fops, handwringers and pansies couldn't hack it that the challenger was supposedly engaged in a 'war on wermerns'.

                   r u n8 silver                   wow
           wow

                         so accuracy

But, in a very small nutshell, my diagnosis is basically correct. If some people had voted with their brains as opposed to their overactive hearts, the failure would not have been re-elected.

Yes, you are correct, I am a British teenager. I'll also enlighten you upon what manner of person I am. I'm very right wing. I am perfectly well aware that my experience of life is probably considerably less than most of the 'adult' members of this forum. Indeed, my views will probably change, even shift left, when I grow older and actually go into the real world outside of my relatively privileged upbringing. But, I am right wing, as that is the path that my experiences have put me on. I have spent much of my life being mocked for being a Roman Catholic, and for being a right winger in a sea of rootless, vapid liberalism. I take it on the chin, because I'm not a whinger. But, when you are marked out as different in this way, it tends to make you more sure of your beliefs. So forgive me for being a little strident, but you see, this small group of Obama voters whom I dubbed as 'handwringers and pansies' remind me so much of the people who mock me for my religion, for my abstinence from drink and drugs, and my seemingly stiff attitudes. All they seem to care about is enjoying themselves, in whatever irresponsible, hedonistic manner that they choose. They want to do exactly as they please, and then forget about the consequences. This is the small group of voters that put Obama over the line. The young, libertarian sons and daughters of privilege who think that the world owes them a living and that, no matter what they do, whether it be related to sex, drugs or pure and simple criminality, there should always be someone to bail them out...

And yes, Obama is definitely a libertarian. I heard he considered Ron Paul to replace Biden on the ticket last year.

I'm not saying Obama is a libertarian, I'm talking about these people who vote for him purely because of his libertarianish stance on moral matters, disregarding all other considerations.
