I was around and i was doing something, I was just doing it with pm's.

PMs do not solve problems. The court does not operate in secret.

Actually it does operate in secret. All of our deliberations and discussions between court members are done in secret and are not disclosed to the public unless it is agreed upon by all the justices. Thus, until we give our formal opinion on a matter, we work in secret and confer in secret.
