Tom Campell against Feinstein in 2000. He may have beat Boxer had he gotten the nomination in 2010.

Could he really have won? I never thought the GOP would win that seat (no matter who they ran).


The Washington GOP seems to have a surprisingly decent bench, but the fact that their Gubernatorial elections are held in the same year as presidential ones make it hard for them to win.
