Bhutto, I think. Bhutto was the one who wasn't a dictator, right? Don't know much about Pakistan. All I know is from Malala Yousavi's book.

Also, I think you forgot the poll.

Neither Bhutto nor Sharif were dictators. They were both Prime Ministers twice (and Sharif actually is the current PM, for the third time), representing the PPP and PML-N respectively.

I was trying to make a poll, but I was unable to do that for some reason.
