I'd give him a 20-30% chance of winning. If things do not change, and Obama's approvals remain at 60% or so come 2010, Specter is reelected fairly comfortably in a general over Toomey. If Obama and the Democrats are seen as screw ups, Toomey will have a chance. Suffice it to say, I'm not confident in Mr. Toomey's chances.
