So I make a ballot with 64 members and rank them 1-16 seeds in 4 brackets? Can I leave Cleveland State out of this one?

This is probably the biggest letdown I've ever experienced. After all the work bullmoose put into this, it just fell apart. Maybe it will rise from the ashes!
