Yes, we need a clause specifying that the Duke/Cinci regime will not be subject to this amendment. Grandfathered and all that.

We need to propose that amendment we discussed that says the Duke/Cinci regime will not be subject to the outcome of the next "election." For national security purposes, it's dangerous we ever leave office.

What's wrong with being a lame duck? I can't wait until I'm one. Plus, the incoming President needs time to form a cabinet, and let me tell you, that is the worst part about this job. It takes far too long to form one and keeping it together and active is nearly impossible without a lot of luck.
