That's actually a good idea, and I'd probably be a bit more comfortable doing that than a full blown legislative reboot if the only reason we are doing the reboot is so the current wiki won't be so cluttered and unorganized. Perhaps the problem that needs to be solved is to better organize the current laws rather than to scrap them all in a reboot.
Another problem I have with a full blown reboot is that all the laws I've debated and the few I've authored were essentially for nothing. My entire time in the Senate would be for nothing. That would suck.
