Many people who live in NH comes from MA or even works in MA, I doubt it hurt that much.
This was the swing map from 2008 -> 2014. It
definitely hurt him. I'm not buying that Shaheen would've improved by a non negligible amount in the rural North against a non carpetbagger, particularly since the benchmark is 2008 of all years.
