yet Bredesen is already down by 9 points.

If Republicans actually did lose this race by 9, it would almost certainly mean a massive Democratic wave happened. It's Tennessee.

I don’t think there is any scenario in which Breseden wins by 9.

Oops, that was a typo. I meant if Blackburn wins by 9, it means the Democrats are crushing it nationwide.
