I'm sorry but it really looks like she won't. It's best to announce in February and she is booking speaking events thru spring
If she didn't run, the Dem field would likely end up as a clown car just like the Republican one. Anyway, the speech booking isn't really a big deal considering the CW is that she wants a Spring announcement. If she starts booking them in May or later, then I'll be worried.
