Why bother dropping out? We were already going to lose this seat before the plagiarism scandal, and we're still going to lose it afterwards. All it really did was cut his odds from about ~5% to 1%.

I guess it does make Dems look a bit better to force him out.

I find it interesting that the plagiarism story broke right as Walsh was doing better in a few polls. I bet someone was sitting on the story and waiting for the opportune time to release it. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

The state GOP is a joke if they think that video won't make voters more sympathetic to Curtis. Average Americans aren't willfully and enthusiastically dystopian.

Don't worry; Curtis is going to win overwhelmingly. She has all the momentum and voters will soon realise how superior she is to the evil Steve disDaines.
