If New York City didn't have term limits for the mayor or at least DeBlasio could run for third term like Bloomberg at the time, how do you see a Adams vs. DeBlasio head-to-head primary going? DeBlasio obviously isn't the most popular mayor and Adams would actually have been a serious challenge.
