The thing that upsets me most over such low credibility stuff is that it hurts the credibility of women who have actually been harassed or abused. People who are making false accusations for political and whatever reasons are hurting the overall cause. Anyone making stuff up should be ashamed of themselves and apologize to the women (and men) who have actually faced such a terrible experience.

I don't have clear evidence about that, let alone proof, but is there a chance she's paid by the Russians for these allegations which appear not have much substance? Otherwise, why would someone wait that long, even during the vice presidency, and stay quiet? There must be something more behind it if you ask me.

This is why the media needs to stop covering this nonsense. Any time we talk about stuff like that which doesn't hold up to any fact checking, we don't talk about the pressuring issues of the day. What's the strategy against the pandemic? How can further pandemics be prevented? How can healthcare be expanded? How is the energy system being transformed? What's being done for criminal justice? How will immigration be fixed? What about restoring relations with allies? How to stop Putin from election interference?

The media needs to cover these issues and show the contrast to Trump and not giving a story attention it doesn't deserve. If the facts change and serious proof comes out/gets revealed, we can talk. But I seriously doubt that. Uncle Joe may be touchy, but he isn't an assaulter.

She ismt the only one accusing Biden of sexual assault and Biden passed over Anita Hill's testimony during the Clarence Thomas hearings, fits his behavior. Nevertheless,  the statue of limitations is gone and she should of done this while he was running in 2008, not now. 

That's false. He has been accused of being touchy, which is true, but not assault before. That's a big difference. And unlike others, he pledged to do better in the future since social norms have changed.

Those are excellent numbers. The GOP needs to spam attack ads 24/7 with Biden cuddling with women/demand the release of the UoD documents. They need to go scorched-earth on Biden. Everything they did against Kavanaugh needs to be done against Biden.

Your side started this with Kavanaugh/Moore. You took Alabama, so it's only reasonable that we take the Presidency for another 4 years. Also, we will be ruthless when it comes this, do you honestly think Trump supporters will let Biden get away this/care about Trump's accusers?

Apples and oranges. Accusations against Kavanaugh were more serious and credible, let alone Trump and Moore. But of course the Trumpist base is comfortable with this kind of stuff and prove to be hypocrites.

Uncle Joe deserves credit for taking the high road here. He didn't attack her, said her "story" should be heard and he would urge the national archives to take a look at it. To be honest, I would understand anyone filing a lawsuit against a man or woman who falsely accuses you of something. Just demonstrated how decent he is as a person.

Sorry, I'm sure this subject has been discussed a million times on this forum - but why couldn't Obama serve as Vice President?

To be Vice President, you have to be eligible to be President.  Obama is not (term limits).

This is an open question. Probably would need Supreme Court clarification. Some scholars argue, the criteria to be vice president only apply to age, birth and residence. Said criteria were adopted long before the 22nd Amendment became the law of the land. So the question whether a term-limited president could serve as vice president is not answered from a legal standpoint at this point. And it probably never will, because no former two-term president will ever run for the second spot.
