My bet is Iowa will be close between Uncle Joe and Liz Warren, and Mayor Pete will be a strong third, similar to Rubio in 2016.

I guess the winner of Iowa will get less than 30% on primary day, probably not even clearing 25%.

I have to admit that the Buttigieg 2nd-place position is impressive.
Very strange to me, and very interesting.

Mayor Pete's base is almost entirely white liberals, especially the Midwest. That makes him a good fit for Iowa and, to a lesser extent, New Hampshire. He needs to do well in both to survive.
