Good work! Although it would have been painful for me to see Obama losing reelection. However, I like the selection of Richard Lugar as Secretary of State a lot. He would definitely be my favorite member of the administration.

That reads really good. I'd take Mitt in a second over Trump. Especially Richard Lugar is doing great. I'm also curious whether the Democrats can win back Lautenberg's seat in the 2013 special election.

By the way, the photoshop pics are very reaslistic. Good work!

This timeline is written very very well. Although I disagree with most policies like the healthcare reform, it reads realistic. Keep it going!

I very much enjoy reading that TL. Great work! And while I have ideological differences with Romney and wish the Dems would be doing much better, I'd like to see this to be the Republican future instead of Trumpism. I'm curious whether Trump still runs for the 2016 Republican nomination, though I don't see President Romney losing unless he makes a very heavy blunder in the time to come. Also like Rob Portman and bigly FF Dick Lugar, though the latter wasn't mentioned for a while Tongue

Great update! I liked how Lugar defended free-trade policies against Bernard, whose questions/remarks are very realistically written. Keep it up.

Nice to see that TPP passed and Democrats became the party of free trade. That should roll back China's influence in the region.

Is there also a Transatlantic Free Trade Agreement (TTIP) underway? IRL, Obama supported it in second term but some Europeans were skeptical. I think Romney would also like to see this happen.

Romney seems likely to win an easy reelection.

Nevertheless, go Joe Biden!!

Looks like Hilldog is going to be the nominee. I'd probably vote for her reluctantly, but I would be ok with a second term of Romney giving his performance so far, hoping the Democrats get their act together and win 2020 decisively with someone like Steve Bullock, Kamala Harris or Gavin Newsom. Anyway, great TL!

One of the best TLs here.

I'm for Harris or Whitmer. And Mike Beebe for VP.

Sad that Whitmer lost. She would have been a fine president.

Do you plan to continue this into the Portman presidency? Would appreciate this!

I think the governors lists make sense with partisan control, but don't see some folks become governor that late. Like Conor Lamb or Nanette Barragan. Just look at current governors, how many of us have heard of them a decade ago? Even when you followed politics closely at the time.
