If this amendment passes, I would like to propose an amendment changing the time for the regions to pass the resolution from 2 months to 1 month.

Whence legislation becomes officially enacted, a national referendum shall be held on the legislation whensoever 3 regions pass resolutions calling for such a referendum within 1 months of the passage of said legislation.

Don't forget that since the previous amendment passed, I have an amendment to change the time frame from 2 months to 1 month.
