First Amendment to the Northeast Region Indoor Smoking Ban

Whereas, The Northeast Region passed a ban on smoking "in any and all public places," and,

Whereas, The Northeast Region intended to pass a ban on smoking "in any and all public buildings"; therefore:

Be it resolved by the Northeast General Assembly:

SECTION 1. The Northeast hereby amends the Northeast Region Indoor Smoking Ban, Section 1 to read as follows:

"SECTION 1. The Northeast shall ban the smoking of cigarettes, cigars, clove cigarettes, and marijuana in any and all public buildings."
