Voting on the following amendment shall last one week (Sept. 25th).

This amendment has passed the Senate as of this evening.  The text is as follows:

State of the Forum Address Requirement Amendment

Article II, Section 1, Clause 6 (State of the Forum Address requirement) of the Constitution of Atlasia shall be amended to read as follows:

The President shall from time to time give to the Senate Information of the State of the Forum, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient.  The President may choose to delegate responsibility for the delivery of the address to the Vice President.
