This bill was written by Sec. of State Siege40, as a State Dept. Senate recommendaton, so I thought I'd introduce it.

Let me start off on this bill by making a motion to amend Clause 1 to read:

§ I The Government of Atlasia shall not sell technology to any foreign country used in the development and maintenence of nuclear weapons, tactical nuclear weapons or any other means of creating nuclear weapons, unless the Secretary of State places no military restrictions on said country.

I support Sam's amendment.

Are we voting on these all at once, or as four seperates amendments?

Mr. President, I ask consent to keep the debate open until 7pm EST tonight, incase any Senator wishes to bring an amendment to the desk. If no Senator has by 7pm, I ask the Chair to call a vote on the bill. Thank you.

I consider that the standard 24 hour rule of no debate before vote applies. The earliest you will therefore get a vote is tomorrow at 11:30 am EST

Ok, well at 11:30am tommorrow I ask you to call a vote.
