I think you misunderstand the question.  I looked it up for you - it's three (Greenup, Lyon and Rowan).

Also Fayette for certain, and probably also Letcher (unless Gore actually carried it anyway).

Bush got 52.88% in Fayette and 52.96% in Letcher.

Bush got 52.88% in Fayette and 52.96% in Letcher.

You're looking at the 2004 results there, but Bush still got over 50% in Fayette in 2000 too.

Oops, yeah.
