Why are people saying Virginia and Montana are socially liberal?  Fairfax County is libertarian maybe, but still.

Why does everyone (except Rob) seem to think that Kentucky is at all economically right wing?

They love their federal $$$ almost as much as West Virginia and politicians of both parties brag about how much they can bring into their area (Hal Rogers is an excellent example of that).

For what it's worth, I had it red before I deleted my map. Tongue

(Although pretty much every area that receives federal funding likes it, there's a lot of intriguing differences between cultural/political views of economics in places like KY versus places like MT and AK).
