Michael Moore ain't Leni Reifenstahl.

And I don't really like his movies at all. They're half-truths. He should just present the facts as they are, even with a bit of spin. He puts too much spin.

It's possible to find touchingly disturbing things in this administration without resorting to this kind of twisting.

He is not literally Leni, no. He does not propagandize an ideology or nation, either; nor does he film in German. But like Leni, his films are filled with patent untruths (lies) used to promote a political viewpoint.

It is hardly brainwashing, though, and it is also hardly brainwashing something as horrible as Nazism.

One of the things I liked most post-election as when Time Magazine ran a section called "Winners and Losers." It featured Ann Coulter as a winner, and Michael Moore and Al Franken as losers.

But who will have a steady job for the next four years here?
