a ton could stop him, he hasnt even declared yet and we havent seen him in a debate.  I think people are getting too attached to him too early.

Agreed. All he's had to do so far in terms of "campaigning" is get hyped up by a media, and it's built up to the point where he's a front-runner. I think the bottom falling out as soon as he has to put himself out there is very possible.

Hmmm? Dean always had everything except the media behind him: strong debate performances, charisma, popularity with the base, great fundraising numbers. The media dragged him down and ripped him apart with the overexaggeration of the "Dean scream".

Agreed. And Dean always had a very powerful grassroots movement. Do people actually know why they support Thompson at this point?
