I assume the Star of David.
It was probably done just as a generic "Word Art" by Microsoft Word though...
I'm tempted to agree, but it's still a Star of David with the word "corrupt" on it and its still on his twitter.

I should preface this with saying that I'm Jewish, I doubt Trump is stupid enough to dog whistle Jews so blatantly. I could seriously believe that no one on his team was smart enough to realise that star they used was a religious symbol.
