Washington State Recount, Part Deux

Ah yes, the race that will determine who gets control of the Montana House. Basically it boils down to this: The canvassing board looked at the 5 ballots and question and ruled (unanimously I believe) that the voter intent was for the Constitution candidate. Now the Democrats are trying to stall until Schweitzer gets inaugurated so current Gov Judy Martz (a Republican) can't break the tie.
