"This is the thread for the Senate Election, but in these there is an important election: the Pacific gubernatorial election.
Incumbent governor DemPGH (Lab-WA) is running for re-election. Speaker Flo (Ind-AK), after losing the Labor Party endorsement against DemPGH, has made the decision to continue the campaign as an Indipendent candidate.
This is a very interesting race and we will follow this race."

The first poll for the April Senate race has been released for the public:

As it turns out, while the field is rather scattered, there is a top tier: Above 10% is Alfred F. Jones, riding out with maximum Labor support, Shua, combining Federalist appeal with Democratic Republican appeal, and Simfan and Lumine, both members of the small but very powerful The People's Party. The rest is scattered, a three way tie [Senator Talleyrand announced in the midst of polling that he would not be a candidate for re-election] for fifth may break in favor of Flo should he gain back the trust of Laborites, leaving Senator Goldwater in some trouble. Lastly is Northeast Assemblyman Deus, who might not run on account of Senator shua's presence, and Mideast Assemblyman JCL, who gets the last bit of support among Federalists.

Ladies and gentlemen, if there is a field this big, we have a race on our hands
