I love America because it is home. I was born in Bronx, NY and I live in Austin, TX. I went to Brown University and The University of Texas. I have lived in France and Israel. I'm the son of a holocaust survivor who went to see the camp (Dachau) my father was held at. I have seen enough evil throughout the world to understand how trivial some of our troubles here at home can be. I'm probably the oldest member here and I love to read the different points of view shared among all the younger members here, though I don't post much. I have a nice house by the lake. One of my kids goes to The University of Texas and the other goes to West Lake H.S. here in Austin. I love the fact that we can get so caught up in our problems that we forget how truly good we have it here in the states. I guess that I am just grateful that I didn't have to go through the hell that my father did.
