I agree with memphis. That's basically what I work Saturdays (11:30AM-8PM). The rest of the week I work 2-10:30PM, which I prefer to morning since I still don't have to get up early, and hey, the bars close at 2.

For the record starting next week I will now work the ideal schedule mentioned in the OP 5 days a week. Smiley
