That's probably very high as compared to the rest of the US.

It's 3.9% compared to 1.0%. Just pointing out it's kind of a pointless comparison.

In fact, here are the national numbers for blacks and Hispanics:

Hispanic - 14.8%
Black - 12.8%

Of course, some blacks are also counted as Hispanic, but I doubt it's 2% of the population.
