Can anyone deny that Huckabee does have a legitimate grievance here? The way that was held and called was very very fishy.

What way is that?

They pretty much stopped reporting results before 100% was hit and the state GOP chair just came out and said McCain won.

I can.  Just "calling" it doesn't have any real effect on the vote.

It does if they quit reporting. 87% in, McCain leads about 200 votes, and the WAGOP just says "It's over, McCain wins, nothing to see here, move along..."

It is worth mentioning that the Washington State GOP would be a serious contender for most pathetic and incompetent state party in the entire nation.

You'd have to be a really strong contender for that in order to beat the Illinois GOP.

*RNC guy calls up Washington GOP guy*

RNC Guy: Hey you know it'd look really bad if our anointed nominee and savior McCain went 0 for 3 today. You got to make sure he takes Washington at least.
WAGOP Guy: Well I can't make sure, Huckabee is coming a bit too close...
RNC: Well you could just stop counting early once McCain has a lead and then say he's won right? Then maybe you could "adjust" the remaining totals a bit to ensure he pulls it out.
WAGOP: Hmmm, yeah I think we can. Alright, I'll get to it.

That would officially make Washington WalterMitty's least favorite state considering its vote in BOTH caucuses.

Why? Because Obama and Paul might've won the state (100% on Obama's win but up in the air for a Paul win)? My sister in Seattle said that Hillary isn't liked that much (at least in Seattle). Hell, she even asked me who she should vote for. I told her that it's her choice and I respect her choice (she's a die-hard Democrat voter, she wouldn't vote for a Republican).

Because Walter spends most of his commentary on the 2008 election not promoting the candidates he likes but rather bitching about Obama now and before that Paul (because of course Paul stood such an excellent chance of winning the nomination and was such a threat)
