It's actually slightly less than half by 18 from what I've seen. Nothing close to 90% from anywhere.

I have not seen a single poll though showing 90% of people non-virgins by 18. Every single poll I've seen has put the number at around 50%, with the trend toward more abstinent. Last one I saw was 53%. Willy is probably correct here. 90% is probably a more accurate figure for 25.
