'Memento' and nothing else really comes close.

I haven't seen 'Following' or 'Insomnia.'

And though I give the guy a lot of s*** as far as being overrated goes, I don't think he has ever made an objectively bad movie in terms of quality though I would go as far as to say that I hate 'Batman Begins,' 'The Prestige,' 'Interstellar,' 'Dunkirk,' and 'Tenet.'
Um, WHAT?

Yeah, you heard me right. 'Batman Begins' is an unnecessarily bloated origin story which we've already seen before paired with Bale's horrible gravelly Batman voice and makes Batman a hypocrite: "I don't want to kill anyone, but I'll set this building on fire with many people inside it."

'Interstellar' like 'The Prestige' starts off promising and then loses me with its absolutely dumb ending.

This is one of the greatest scenes ever filmed in the history of cinema.

Also this might actually be watchable!

Quote
If Christopher Nolan, the renowned filmmaker known for his complex and thought-provoking films, were to direct a movie based on Dora the Explorer, it would likely be a radically different and darker take on the beloved children's character and her adventures. Here's an imaginative look at what it might be like:

Title: "Dora the Explorer: The Enigma's Journey"

1. Ambitious Storytelling: Nolan is known for his intricate narratives and mind-bending plots. In this movie, he would craft a multi-layered storyline that combines Dora's adventurous spirit with elements of mystery and psychological depth.

2. Darker Tone: Nolan's films often delve into darker themes, and "Dora the Explorer" would be no exception. The lighthearted and cheerful atmosphere of the original show would be replaced with a more serious, suspenseful, and intense tone.

3. Realistic World-Building: Nolan is a master of creating immersive worlds, so the setting of the movie would be vivid and realistic. The jungle and other locations Dora explores would feel authentic and gritty, giving the audience a sense of the dangers and challenges she faces.

4. Character Development: Dora's character would be more complex, with a deeper psychological and emotional journey. Her exploration of the world would also be a journey of self-discovery, where she confronts her fears, doubts, and insecurities.

5. The Mystery Element: Nolan often includes elements of mystery in his films, and this movie would be no different. There could be a central enigma or hidden treasure that Dora seeks, and her adventures would be intertwined with unraveling clues and solving puzzles.

6. Dora's Companions: Boots the monkey, Diego, and other supporting characters would still be present, but their roles might be more intricate. Nolan could add layers of complexity to these characters, giving them personal conflicts and their own arcs.

7. Psychological Thrills: The movie might include surreal dream sequences or mind-bending twists, keeping the audience on the edge of their seats as they try to decipher what is real and what is illusion.

8. Exploration of Themes: Nolan's films often explore philosophical and existential themes. This movie might touch on themes of identity, the nature of reality, and the human desire for adventure and knowledge.

9. Stunning Visuals: Nolan is known for his stunning visual style, and "Dora the Explorer" would likely feature breathtaking cinematography and special effects that enhance the sense of wonder and danger in the story.

10. Open to Interpretation: As with many of Nolan's films, "Dora the Explorer: The Enigma's Journey" might leave the audience with open-ended questions, encouraging discussion and analysis long after leaving the theater.

Overall, a Christopher Nolan-directed "Dora the Explorer" movie would be a departure from the original light-hearted, educational show, but it would offer a thrilling and thought-provoking experience that appeals to both children and adult audiences alike.

Interstellar has something that's not quite a plot hole but it is the characters doing something incredibly stupid without much explanation:

Why do they travel to the water planet first? They should've easily been able to figure out that the planet was all water and not habitable before landing, and considering the extreme time dilation it was a huge risk to go there. Others have pointed out that such a planet would be obviously uninhabitable due to the time dilation to begin with....that meant it was in effect a FAR younger planet than Earth and wouldn't have had time to develop an ecosystem, furthermore it had no sun but rather that black hole, which would make Earth-style life impossible.

I have only seen four: The Prestige, Inception, Dunkirk, and Oppenheimer. Probably just recency bias, but I did really like Oppenheimer.
How have you somehow not seen The Dark Knight trilogy?
